Rental Rates and Terms

HIGH SEASON:
Weekly Rate (7 nights): $1700.00

or $245.00/night when staying less than 1 week
3-night minimum
May 15 - September 15

LOW SEASON:
Weekly Rate (7 nights): $1450.00

or $210.00/night when staying less than 1 week
3-night minimum
January 6 - May 14 and September 16 - December 14

Christmas and New Year's:
Weekly Rate (7 nights): $1950.00
Dec. 15 - Jan. 5 **

**we require a 2 week minimum if you take both holidays and 7 nights if you only take one or the other
and leave a few days in between ie: check out on 12/28 for the New Year's check in.

Our home is designated a Nonsmoking area - thanks for your understanding.

• To reserve specific dates call (808.651.7411), fax (800.509.7469) or email and please let us know your name and contact information, how many people are in your party (babies count too), the dates of your visit, and other specific requests and requirements. Check-in time is 3 p.m., check-out is 10 a.m.

• Special Policy Christmas and New Year's: 2 week minimum if you want to reserve both Christmas and New Year's. 1 week minimum for either Christmas or New Year's.

• A Security Deposit of $500.00 is required within 8 days of booking to confirm your reservation. Written confirmation and a Rental Contract will be mailed to you as soon as we receive your deposit. Please note that the Security Deposit is totally separate from the Rental fee.

• Security Deposit will be refunded by mail (minus long distance phone charges, and any willful damage, not normal wear and tear) approximately 14 days after your departure, following the Cleaning and Inventory Inspection.

• Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival date (90 days prior for Christmas bookings).

• The one-time Out Cleaning Fee is $200.00 + 4.166% tax. Please note that the Out Cleaning Fee is totally separate from the Rental fee. Maid service during your visit can be arranged for approximately $35 per visit.

• 11.167% State of Hawaii taxes (consists of 4.167% GET and 7% TAT) will be added to all rental charges.

• Cancellation Policy: You may forfeit your Security Deposit if we are given a cancellation notice less than thirty (30) days (45 days for Christmas) prior to your check-in date. After the contract is in force and you decide to cancel your reservations WITH SUFFICIENT NOTICE, verbal or written, we will void your confirmed booking with only a $35.00 cancellation fee. We will then refund you the remainder of the Security Deposit.

• The home cannot be sublet or assigned to others without advance consent from the Landlord.

• There is no charge for on-island local calls. Long distance calls can be made with your long distance carrier/calling card or through operator assistance using your credit card number.

• No smoking within the home.

• Only members of the Rental Party (information of which is previously given to the booking agent) to stay at the property.

• No Parties/Functions within the rental property without prior written permission.

• No pets/animals allowed within the home or property.

Caution: Our Kauai beaches and rivers are beautiful and inviting, however we caution all visitors to be very careful when you're in and near the water. Hazardous ocean and river conditions such as high surf, strong currents, sudden drop-offs, and sharp, slippery rocks and flooding can cause dangerous swimming conditions. Use caution and common sense. Carelessness has cost lives. We do not intend to scare you, only to bring this important information to your attention. We want you safe and happily returning to our Island year after year.
